-Very engaging presentation
-Got good ideas to try to bring back to my team in our environment which attempts to do really large scale scrum but doesn't do it very well.
Suggested improvements:
-Increase focus on how S.M. [scrum master] can motivate and make changes in people/behavior -- maybe discuss types of problems that may occur and ideas (brainstorming) for how to handle.
