My experience with scrum and it's implementation in our our project was from books & online material and what I learned shattered a lot of concepts and ideas I had about the process. I got to learn so many things about a subject which we just started to apply at work. Had so many questions and doubts about what to do/handle different situations. Doug was excellent in explaining it in simple terms, understandable *My first training in which all 2 days I did not feel sleepy*

On the positive side there were a lot of good ideas about how people think, behave, react that gave me new perspectives.
On the negative side, I felt that many areas were simplified too much to be helpful eg: sprint iteration planning
