This course provided a nice overview of the Agile Methodology and it was very beneficial that several of our team members attended the same course. We will conduct a retrospective tomorrow 🙂 to determine how we move forward and embrace this methodology.

Got a lot of great information, much more well rounded understanding of scrum after this (had CSM course previously). Enjoyed the honest and straightforward style of instruction and question answering.

Class and group activities were great -- made the class engaging and brought the methodology to life. Going through the activities and performing the activities makes it memorable. The Innovation game was particularly effective.

-Good overview of P.O. responsibility
-Good insight on how to leverage scrum in matrix org.
-Overall great course.

-Very informative and detailed instructor and slides
-clear descriptions of answers to questions and uncertainty of the class
-using real life scenarios and personal experiences by the instructor has been very useful to explain certain complex items to the group.

Overall: good pace, great insight, clear delivery of the content, personable.
Exception: last 30 slides went by too fast. Felt rushed.

Really enjoyed the two day course. Didn't know much about scrum methodology but am confident enough now to say that I know a lot about it than I knew before I signed up. Dan is an amazing instructor. He is very knowledgeable and his years of experience and expertise gave us a lot of insights on scrum.

I enjoyed the team exercises. They were extremely valuable as I could see the difference between Day 1 and Day 2's sprint, especially after the review. I also liked the comparisons between the PMP & Scrum and can now see the differences. One is more structured, and now can really see a difference.

-The team exercise was interesting and it allowed us to understand the scrum process.
-Questions raised by the audience were answered.
