-Good overview of P.O. responsibility
-Good insight on how to leverage scrum in matrix org.
-Overall great course.
Suggested improvements:
-Some more...on scrum process & use fewer acronyms. Took time to figure out some of them.
-Some metaphors were confusing but maybe I didn't think hard enough 🙂
