“Will Definitely Recommend”
Excellent training experience at this class! The instructor walked us through all the aspects/areas of scrum in a very organized & fun way! Will definitely recommend the class to my friends and co-workers whoever wants to become a ScrumMaster!
“Smart And Passionate”
Very good course. Doug is very smart & passionate about teaching. The course is excellent and appreciate the study guide & scrum fundamentals book. The classroom experience is very valuable. The class helped me to realize what my company is doing wrong implementing Agile Scrum.
“Sprint Planning And Interaction”
-Agile intro & What is Scrum was good.
-I liked the hands-on Sprint Planning and Interaction.
-The information was good for " jumping in 'all-in' " the work and start "flow".
-Good examples of Agile & what it takes to be a good leader with it.
“Excellent Class”
Excellent class overall. The order of topics and material was different than I expected, which helped keep my interest and think about scenarios I've dealt with (positive & negative). The group exercises were good to help clarify concepts, and it was nice to learn that team communication was most [the more] important lesson (not concerned about a beautiful brochure). 🙂
“Well-Structured”
Course is well-structured, organized and helpful for a person to adapt Agile and SM role. Got some great knowledge out of this class.
Thanks to Doug and 3Back.
“Very Interactive”
2 day training was very interactive and more practical exercises to face real world.
Meeting with different people from other places, other companies helped me to learn best practices to help to resolve my organization impediments.
“Very Good”
Very good course and experience. Doug is a very good trainer giving lots of examples (real). First day was a lot of philosophy but good points.
“Customized Training”
Customized training to the class. Allow us to apply knowledge to our current jobs.
