Excellent Class
Review: February 23, 2013
Excellent class overall. The order of topics and material was different than I expected, which helped keep my interest and think about scenarios I've dealt with (positive & negative). The group exercises were good to help clarify concepts, and it was nice to learn that team communication was most [the more] important lesson (not concerned about a beautiful brochure). 🙂
Suggested improvements:
I liked the flow of the class, but I sensed beginners needed more baseline info (definitions, best practices). Take time to answer those questions or state "I'll get to that soon." Seemed like some attendees were flustered.
