“Lots of Learning”
Great Coaching/Training.
Cases/Games
Lots of learning
Mostly learning vs. meeting with other professionals.
“Excellent Teacher”
Doug was an excellent teacher. Least boring training I've attended.
“Good Information”
Doug was able to capture the audience with good information and exercises to cover fundamentals.
“Will Reccomend 3Back”
Understood the subject matter well because of Doug's animated/visual explanation.
Will recommend 3Back for on-site training as well.
“In-depth Review of Scrum”
The course was a good in depth review of Scrum, roles/responsibilities, pitfalls, best practices, etc. Doug had great energy and brought wonderful and valuable real-life examples into play. I think there were a lot of people struggling with organizational issues that obviously can't be addressed at high level, but it still leaves me wondering "how do I get this don in my organization and circumstances.
“Good Class”
Good class, A lot of information given in a very informative manner, Liked hands on examples/ practices, helped drive home important key points.
“Well Structured Course”
Well structued course although could have been longer. 🙂
Good useful content, I'm looking forward to putting [it] into practice.
“New Ways to Look at Scrum”
I thought the training covered what I thought to expect and some new ways to look at Scrum as a pathway. Modern Scrum and not necessarily "by the book" Scrum. I hoped that the course would cover more about coaching and motivating individuals and teams, but I understand why, in the time frame it wasn't. I thought the instructor promoted the "Get To Done" tool a little too much rather than just the process.
“Very Informative”
Very informative with good materials, engaging delivery, and examples.
“Great Refresher”
This course was a great refresher on fundamentals. I was really hoping for a more Scrummaster focused course, working with us on techniques for "teaming up" and changing our teams. Those techniques weren't offered, and thus, this has become Scrum 101. I am disappointed, but I should have known based on the course description.
