In-depth Review of Scrum
Review: February 19, 2013
The course was a good in depth review of Scrum, roles/responsibilities, pitfalls, best practices, etc. Doug had great energy and brought wonderful and valuable real-life examples into play. I think there were a lot of people struggling with organizational issues that obviously can't be addressed at high level, but it still leaves me wondering "how do I get this don in my organization and circumstances.
Suggested improvements:
I felt there was time spent on 3Back's tool, which I found somewhat annoying. Especially when we've been told to not get bogged down by a tool.
