Appreciated The Additional Discussion

Very much appreciated the additional discussion and explanations regarding Scrum and scaling in a large dev group/company. I will be frustrated with the "partial" implementation of Scrum/Agile in my organization.

Learned A Great Deal

I definitely learned a great deal about Scrum, but I felt there could have been more structure and content. As someone who wants to transition an organization to Scrum, there are a lot of pitfalls that I would like to shortcut through training. The sprint practice was useful and engaging. I would move this first and make it the start of the training and jumping off points rather than the bulk of. A few non-coding case studies would have been interesting. I think Dan has a lot of deeper consulting experience that did not come through.

Useful To Understand Everyones Work

I would like to have a little less diversity into stories not directly relevant to what we are learning. It would have been useful in the class intro to understand what each person does in work, to understand what others do and whether or not it would be a good person to pick their brain.
