“New Ways to Look at Scrum”
I thought the training covered what I thought to expect and some new ways to look at Scrum as a pathway. Modern Scrum and not necessarily "by the book" Scrum. I hoped that the course would cover more about coaching and motivating individuals and teams, but I understand why, in the time frame it wasn't. I thought the instructor promoted the "Get To Done" tool a little too much rather than just the process.

“Great Refresher”
This course was a great refresher on fundamentals. I was really hoping for a more Scrummaster focused course, working with us on techniques for "teaming up" and changing our teams. Those techniques weren't offered, and thus, this has become Scrum 101. I am disappointed, but I should have known based on the course description.
