For a person familiar with the process I would have liked more in-depth information on process (us/task flow) especially with outlining cases.

Doug was very thorough and relevant. He provided solid, real-world examples to help guide us. Exceptionally knowledgeable!

I really enjoyed this training. The simulations/games helped to apply things to the real world. I'm excited to bring these ideas back to my company.
