“Course Was Paced Well”
Course was paced well. Material excellent. Instructor very knowledgeable.
“Good Entry Course”
Good entry level course to the world of the CSM [Certified Scrum Master].
“Good Introduction”
Good introduction. I thought the course might attract an audience that participated more, but still started with silence on most exercises. I don't know what an instructor can do to overcome that.
“Like Real-Life Scenarios”
Very informative Liked the real-life scenario examples to help clarify. Hands on/learn by doing work - learn better.
“Feel More Comfortable With Scrum”
I definitely feel more comfortable in regards to the process of Scrum. Dan is very much a Subject Matter Expert and it shows. I enjoyed the way Dan was able to break things down into real world examples.
“Liked The Exercises”
Good course. Training material is a little confusing (many terms, not all are defined). Graphs, charts, pictures, etc. are way too small and in black (doesn't help). Liked the exercises.
“Very Good Information”
The Scrum information is very good. However, we are currently using Waterfall with a Team of BA [Business Analysts], Dev [Developers], and QA [Quality Analysts]. We do estimates, schedules, and a lot of things. I don't think I understand how the entire Waterfall fits into Scrum. Many things are bot a part of Scrum. The happen elsewhere. I am just confused as to where exactly.
“Enjoyable And Thought Provoking”
I thought the class covered the right information for my needs/wants. It was enjoyable and thought provoking.
