Learned the basic understanding of Agile. It was a great experience.

I learned what real Scrum should be like and what the Agile team should focus on as well as what the ScrumMaster should focus on.

Excellent insight. Learned great many lessons (new lessons). Looking forward to updates and some sort of revision.
