“Nice Catalyst”
Lots of great, practical scrum ideas/techniques I can take back and use. A nice catalyst for changing how we do projects.
“Thought Provoking”
Have agile background yet Scrum Training thought provoking
Tangents away from pure Agile conversation worked to solidify message/topic
“Very Good Training”
Very good training - I felt like the exercise (although frustrating at times) brought the learnings all together.
I am looking forward to reviewing the materials again to solidify the learnings.
“Enjoyed The Training”
Enjoyed the training. Very engaging and informative. Instructor used story telling effectively.
“Good To Interact”
-good to interact with Doug and class
-enjoyed most of the tangents
“Learned A Lot”
Good course. I learned a lot during the simulation. The simulation brought up a lot of questions, discussions, and even heated discussions! During this time we all learned a lot as we had different interpretations of definitions.
“Excellent Overview”
This was an excellent overview of show Scrum can work on any type of project.
“Full Of Content”
The class was very full of content. I felt the first morning flew by. I liked having the simulation prep on day 1 and to kick off second day with the actual simulation. I think we need a glossary of terms to have (Doug's version so many terms!!!)
“Fun Learning”
It was fun learning. Instructor was wonderful answering questions and explaining concepts.
“Nice Job”
Things became very jumbled on day two. After our sprint exercise, perhaps the table could have done a report out and shared their challenges. I think the exercise experience was good but need[ed] a feedback mechanism.
Doug was a good trainer and did a good job trying to keep people engaged + the class fun. Nice job.
