Really good info and feedback. Reinforces some current practices as well as really drives home best practices.
Looking forward to reading the book.
“Useful”
Most of what I learned, I expected, however, the following unexpected information transcended
-Understanding human behavior as a mentor to leveraging + coaching Scrum.
-Minimize the complexity of using the framework especially as the tester on a Scrum team or part of a different QA Team responsible for process + final verification
-A dictionary of terms, quotes + phrases that are useful in my own endeavor to implement + use scrum.
“Learned So Much”
Instructor did a very good job explaining the concepts of agile + scrum frameworks/processes. The class was interesting also. I liked the interactive activities. I came with very little knowledge and feel that I learned so much to take back to my workplace including some good questions to discuss.
“Very Interactive! Very Engaging!”
Great class! I am a PM, so some of the PO stuff was not applicable, but it was VERY knowledgeable from that perspective.

“Good Coaching!”
It was very informative session with hands on activity. Reinforces some of the practices we already have in our work place. Learned more about PO specifically.
Good coaching!

-Goals prior to activities were sometimes ambiguous, but mostly fine
-Great and educational discussions
-1 guy really liked to talk way too much and derailed presentation multiple times for too long
