“Enjoyed The Depth Given Regarding Scrum”
Very informative. Enjoyed the depth given regarding scrum and human nature, know it is tailored to reflect human thought rather than fight it. Details on how to practice these concepts using scrum, not actually like scrum is the absolute solution.

1. It was good. Doug has a fun way of presenting/coaching. It makes ideas easy to grasp. Loved the hands on group activities.
2. Lecture was too much for 2 days though
3. Having breaks each 1.5 hrs was good

I learned that scrum is very adaptive and can be used to facilitate increased productivity. I also learned what scrum is not. I have seen many poor practices implemented under the cover of being the way scrum must be implemented but my training here has shown they are not requirements of scrum.
