“Exercises Challenged Our Thinking”
Training is very clear on what activities, roles and guidelines exist within Scrum. I received enough clarity to question whether my organization has clear understanding of whether my roles as a ScrumMaster or Project Manager. Thought the exercises challenged our thinking on how to perform our duty as a ScrumMaster.
“Lots Of Interesting Talking Points”
Discussions were great, lots of interesting talking points - it was quite a journey for a whole group to take philosophically and Dan was a great guide.
“Instructor Was Funny And Had Good Analogies”
Overall, the instructor was funny and had good analogies. I learned most from the team interactive sessions and discussions about real-life applications.

First half day was slow. Second half was too fast. I understand purpose of diving into "quantum theory" and then talking about it in hind sight. I wish that was in the first half day.

All material was well covered and good examples were provided. Suggest better games and more scenarios.

Instructor led conversations were great. Too many conversations with some people at table with no enough input from instructor. Would like to have seen instructor walk around more and get involved in some of the individual conversations as well as some switching up of teams to hear different input.

Great content for class. Nice Environment for working and gaining know-how. Dan is great at using the right examples for the right audience. Very professional!

The training was very interesting and dynamic. It was focused on "breaking the mold" of teams and managers used to do other methods.

Nice interactive class with time for discussion and real life examples. Instructor was very knowledgeable and able to communicate the keys to implement scrum.
““Real World” Examples Were Beneficial”
The instructor used a lot of "real world" examples to back up the training material. This was beneficial to understanding how the process works and how to implement Scrum into my own organization.
