This was an excellent class and Dan was very engaging. He kept the class entertaining and real-world applicable, which is exactly what we needed. The self-led exercises were extremely helpful in understanding the concepts.

Enjoyed class, took away some items to implement with my team.

I think without having taken the test, a little more emphasis should been on the test items, just a little, and maybe exercises (activities) should have more reference to allow participants to measure their understanding of the general accepted process.

Good material

I always appreciate courses taught by bonafide experts -- Dan didn't disappoint. He takes a "learning focused" approach (vs. lecture) that encourages participation...and fun!

Great class, learned a lot and will help my job be more organized.
