Good Course. I learned a great deal about how a scrum team should operate. I see the efficiency the methodology offers to a team working together to achieve goals. Openness and self organization works, and works very well. Our team proved out the point the scrum master role can be shared or even shared at times. Of course in reality only one person would be appointed.

Thought this was great. Interesting concepts on psychology. I also feel like there is more I don't know about Agile/Scrum.

I enjoyed the class greatly and am eager to apply the fundamentals to our organization both in a way to develop products for our clients, as well as a way to market our products to potential clients.
