Overall a good class. First day was great. Managed to take all the points and efficiently bridge them to real life issues of people in the class. I feel the second day needed to be organized and kept on task.

I enjoyed the interactions and class projects. This supported the material covered in class.

The content of the course book seemed comprehensive however we only covered 3/4 of the slides in the course material.

-good identification/separation of agile vs. scrum
-good "Food for Thought" Re: how to take back info to organization
-apprehensive about implementing scrum for I need to learn much about scrum.

The course was very informative, but I realize that we have a very long road ahead of us to actually be doing scrum.

The overall content was good, with a lot of great examples/analogies.
I thought, however, that we got off on tangents quite a bit--would've liked to complete the book.

I most appreciated Doug's depth of understanding and maturity in the topic, in human behavior, in business etc. and the influences they leverage on Scrum. I'm so happy to have received nuggets of wisdom and experience and guidance with flexible intelligence and NOT a prescribed list of rules and processes.

This was an AWESOME course! I've learned a great deal about SCRUM.
