Course was very informative and practical. Gave great insight on experiences and clearly conveyed concepts.

Knowledgeable, practical applications, history and theory.

Training is very clear on what activities, roles and guidelines exist within Scrum. I received enough clarity to question whether my organization has clear understanding of whether my roles as a ScrumMaster or Project Manager. Thought the exercises challenged our thinking on how to perform our duty as a ScrumMaster.

Discussions were great, lots of interesting talking points - it was quite a journey for a whole group to take philosophically and Dan was a great guide.

Overall, the instructor was funny and had good analogies. I learned most from the team interactive sessions and discussions about real-life applications.

First half day was slow. Second half was too fast. I understand purpose of diving into "quantum theory" and then talking about it in hind sight. I wish that was in the first half day.

All material was well covered and good examples were provided. Suggest better games and more scenarios.

Instructor led conversations were great. Too many conversations with some people at table with no enough input from instructor. Would like to have seen instructor walk around more and get involved in some of the individual conversations as well as some switching up of teams to hear different input.
