I like the part of class/training that points out the common mistakes in scrum implementation. I can not get those by reading books.

Excellent class. Expanded my knowledge. Obtain knowledge I can take back to organizing.

I really enjoyed the class, and it wasn't what I expected. My experience with scrum and it's implementation in our our project was from books & online material and what I learned shattered a lot of concepts and ideas I had about the process. Doug was engaging as an instructor and was able to keep my attention.

This course gave me hands-on experience as a Scrum Master. I now understand fundamentals of Scrum.

Course was excellent. I think it has resulted in a paradigm shift in my thinking. However, it is going to take time (and a lot of practice) to assimilate the theory into everyday experience. Thank you for the experience.

Brilliant class - Role play made me understand the concept a lot better.

I got to learn so many things about a subject which we just started to apply at work. Had so many questions and doubts about what to do/handle different situations. Doug was excellent in explaining it in simple terms, understandable *My first training in which all 2 days I did not feel sleepy*

On the positive side there were a lot of good ideas about how people think, behave, react that gave me new perspectives.

On the negative side, I felt that many areas were simplified too much to be helpful eg: sprint iteration planning

Really enjoyed the two day course. Didn't know much about scrum methodology but am confident enough now to say that I know a lot about it than I knew before I signed up. Dan is an amazing instructor. He is very knowledgeable and his years of experience and expertise gave us a lot of insights on scrum.
