Certified Scrum Master

I have been to a 1-day seminar on agile and I thought I would not learn further. I did. And more.

I thought the class was very informative and based on practical application. It cleared up some agile and scrum myths for me. Great energy and awesome instructor. Thanks Doug 🙂

-Good instructor: enthusiastic and energetic, he is responsive when asked questions
-Liked the exercise but would have liked formal feedback from the instructor (basically more one to team feedback)
-Lessons were structured well

-excellent coverage overall, exercise sprint was well worth the time, as was the bridge exercise.
-a bit too much time was spent on tangents resulting from questions
-very happy with Doug's lively, energetic style
-you could say it's outside scope of class, but I would be happy to hear a bit more about impediments to applying scrum, common pitfalls, objectives, real world problems.

Lots of great, practical scrum ideas/techniques I can take back and use. A nice catalyst for changing how we do projects.

Tangents away from pure Agile conversation worked to solidify message/topic

Very good training - I felt like the exercise (although frustrating at times) brought the learnings all together.
I am looking forward to reviewing the materials again to solidify the learnings.

Enjoyed the training. Very engaging and informative. Instructor used story telling effectively.

Good course. I learned a lot during the simulation. The simulation brought up a lot of questions, discussions, and even heated discussions! During this time we all learned a lot as we had different interpretations of definitions.
