Was hoping for more examples using scrum and agile in real world examples
-challenges in management, expectations and tips
-most common challenges expected and how to go about making changes to improve

-In Canada we aren't military focused, having more "business related examples would have been beneficial.
-The group exercises were beneficial
-Hotel and Food were good
-Feel like the content only skimmed the top layer of info and would have been nice to dive deeper.

Because my company has a very hybrid-ized/customized Agile methodology and I because I am more involved in sustainment support, I struggled with how to apply the training. However, the content is excellent, I learned a lot, and I will be able to ScrumMaster my teams!

I thought this class was great. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have had my team be more familiar with the scrum process beforehand. I thought the class was great and I enjoyed it.
