Instructor Was Funny And Had Good Analogies

Overall, the instructor was funny and had good analogies. I learned most from the team interactive sessions and discussions about real-life applications.
Suggested improvements:
I don't feel like I got clear takeaways about what scrum/agile is and how I can incorporate this within my organizations. A lot of questions were deflected during training because they were deemed "PM" of out of scope for the class. However, this is not realistic, since most people wear multiple hats within their organization.
