Doug Showed Energy & Passion

Doug showed a great deal of energy and passion for his work. It would be my personal style to add more tangible content to Day 1 and also set ground rules and expectations for the forth coming session - Nice job!!
Suggested improvements:
Start on time; ice breaker for the first 15 minutes of the first day to allow people to learn about each other and allow for time for late arrivers to blend. Holding the larger group hostage waiting for those who are late is not good etiquette.
