Understanding Of Roles, Concepts, & Responsibilities

I gained a little better understanding of concepts, roles, and responsibilities. I would have like to know more. Also would have like to see more interactive/ simulation exercises so I understand the process and cadence better.
Suggested improvements:
More role play in a structured way as it relates to outside the IT space. Would like to see a "life in a sprint" from beginning to end". User Stories ... to Retrospective.
