Will Help Me Work Agile

Very helpful to understand what the "new" buzz at work is about. It will help me work more Agile, but also made me realize how unflexible I am at the moment.
Suggested improvements:
A lot of the second day had "code/tech" talk that didn't apply to my type of work and I was a bit lost with the lingo I didn't know.
