It took me awhile to connect the dots as to how this related to me job. Primarily due to the fact that my job is to wear too many hats. Very valuable information that I will definitely use when I get home.
Suggested improvements:
Stay on task. I lose track of things when we float to unrelated topics so staying on track would've helped me.
