Use Real-Life Scenarios

Some of the content was hard to "define" and apply in the "real" "actual" world. I understand Scrum varies and is flexible, but it makes it difficult to fully feel comfortable with the concept.
Suggested improvements:
Include high level info about Scrum 101 on the PowerPoint at the beginning. Use real-life scenarios provided by the class, it would help us put into context.
