Understanding And Maturity In The Topic

I most appreciated Doug's depth of understanding and maturity in the topic, in human behavior, in business etc. and the influences they leverage on Scrum. I'm so happy to have received nuggets of wisdom and experience and guidance with flexible intelligence and NOT a prescribed list of rules and processes.
Suggested improvements:
The struggle to get the lids off the markers was distracting. This is the only suggestion and it is petty.
