Terminology Was Consistent

I liked that there was an assumption that I knew agile principles and that terminology was consistent. The exercises were generally helpful and it broke up lecture at a good pace. I think a mention at the beginning of "we aren't here to solve your company's problems, but we'll equip you with tools" would help eliminate some tangent stories/questions.

Suggested improvements:

Agenda! (rough outline) I'm a person who needs to understand the path and the end goal, otherwise I question why.
