Targeting Audience With Scrum Experience

The course felt like it was targeting an audience with prior experience in Agile/Scrum. It didn't touch on the basics much so that non-tech/non-Agile folks can feel comfortable with topics.
Suggested improvements:
Take a training approach vs. a SME (Subject Matter Expert) approach. Focus on a training framework to teach this course.
