The course was much more philosophical than I expected. While it was helpful in honing the soft skills of being a "scrum master"; I feel if I had not practiced Scrum and been a scrum master prior to the course I would not have walked away with the practical knowledge of how to lead a scrum team though the scrum ceremonies.
Suggested improvements:
I would like to see more advice on how to adopt pure SM principles into existing frameworks that are currently in use, safe as SAFe.
I really enjoyed the instructor and his knowledge, but I am not sure the content is correct for the majority of people in our organization.
