Open dialog was very helpful to clarify doubts. Exercises focusing on paring down and then estimating was helpful...
Suggested improvements:
All that being said, the pieces I still struggle with are the human management. Gaining support, over coming hesitancy in the team. Approach application of soft skills in hot-headed environment would make to put the practical knowledge functional.
