Met My Expectations

The course description and online testimonials are accurate. The course ([with] Doug) met my expectations. The course itself had to be agile with the group of 20. Great example. The tip to read the book before attending class was dead on.
Suggested improvements:
More detail (if possible) on some of the real-world consulting experiences. ex: how did you earn respect with a new client that threw a 150 page requirements doc at you to start?
