Met My Expectations

The course description and online testimonials are accurate. The course (Doug) met my expectations. The course itself had to be agile with a group of 26. Great example. The tip to read the book before attending class was dead on.
Suggested improvements:
More detail (if possible) on some of the real-world consulting experiences. Ex: How did you earn respect with a new client that threw a 150-page requirements doc at you to start.
