Loved the reality. The in-depth experience with real life examples was very helpful.
Suggested improvements:
Agile/Scrum terminology is very confusing. Specific up front discussion would be helpful. More about Sprint 0. Get the impression that scrum sprint is living under the dome. More about interaction between Scrum Team and Project Management and Resource Management would be helpful.
