Liked Hands-On Activities

I learned a lot about a concept that I knew nothing about prior to the cause. I'd really like to know more about how to implement Scrum in a small organization as I think most of the examples covered larger organizations with lots of people. I really liked all the hands-on activities.
Suggested improvements:
I'd like a more in-depth description of each role with responsibilities.
