-Working examples effective
-Did not go into detail on Dev and Q&A getting together -- a problem in our organization
-Would like to focus on team roles for Dev is not just coding
I need to put unit test as a task!
Suggested improvements:
-Need for onsite training in my organization to help with transition to Scrum for PO and PM's
Although changing management POV is a challenge.
