Good information. Can't see all the application to my role as my company defines it. Dan, that's probably not quite fair to you. You presented the material exceptionally well - I give instruction a 5.
Suggested improvements:
-Less on all the agile models (Less, Safe, etc.)
-FOr the release planning exercise, provide a handout with the needed facts. It was hard to follow on flip chart.
