Good Introduction

This was a good introduction into Scrum, and a fairly decent introduction into being a scrum master.
Suggested improvements:
Occasionally people ask questions and it is difficult to hear what the question was. Repeating it for the group before answering can be helpful. More time/focus on CSM role compared to Scrum generally could be good. (saying as someone who's never seen Scrum before this training)
