Good Combination Of Lecture And Practice

The course was a good combination of "lecture" and "practice". But, it would be helpful to also discuss how to transition an organization to Scrum when teams aren't used to Scrum.
Suggested improvements:
Ensuring all materials are available the first day, including PDF homework to keep resources together.
