Review: June 8, 2014
It was fun to implement scrum with my team. Demonstrating an actual sprint help put scrum into perspective. It was fun to learn about Dan's work/life experiences.
Suggested improvements:
I would have liked cleaner simpler technical definitions of BO, PO, SM. Also learn more about timebox and difference between value backlog, product backlog and work backlog.
