Exercises Challenged Our Thinking
Review: April 16, 2015
Training is very clear on what activities, roles and guidelines exist within Scrum. I received enough clarity to question whether my organization has clear understanding of whether my roles as a ScrumMaster or Project Manager. Thought the exercises challenged our thinking on how to perform our duty as a ScrumMaster.
Suggested improvements:
I think a short survey questioning the individuals goals should be issued before registration to help registrant determine if they are in taking the right course. It seems like many were expecting Agile Project Management.
