Not what I expected, but in an incredible way. Your use of semantics was challenging until it finally clicked. But when it clicked, it enabled me to see scrum for what it is.
Suggested improvements:
One walkthrough of 1/2 day simulations lead by facilitator as a team. Immediate immersion into acting was a bit much.
