4: p 36-45 exercises, we were not given time to review and discuss
5: Instructor was engaging and accommodated questons. Demonstrated expertise and knowledge. Built rapport with participants quickly.
Suggested improvements:
1. Non-SM topics were often introduced with, with good value, but it took time away from SM topics.
2. Request feedback after CSM Exam. Participants may have more suggestions for improving this course.
3. Less PM-bashing statements would be appreciated. There are great PM's out there/here and that are under-appreciated.
