Excellent course loaded with tons of information. Dan did an excellent job of explaining Scrum and keeping the class mastering.
Suggested improvements:
As a PM, I would like to see more information on unifying or transitioning from traditional Waterfall to Agile/Scrum. Also, potentially add information on how to implement Scrum since most organizations use Waterfall.
