Marcelo was good as keeping pace, asking questions, staying focused on topic with clear instruction on concept.
Suggested improvements:
For time management - make breaks every 2 hours, day one session was too long. Tell time to get back from lunch/breaks. Watch Dan's war/high school stories - limit time. Explain sprint exercise (2 sprints 30 min 3 days) more clear.
