Picked Up A Lot Of Information

I enjoyed the course and picked up a lot of great information for me to take back to my Team. Our instructor, Dan Rawsthorne, was great. He came prepared with really great examples to illustrate his points.
Suggested improvements:
I feel like 3 - shorter days might be better with the extra time. I would add more direct instruction and large group discussion.
